I finally got a reply from to my complaint regarding copy-protected music CDs and the lack of information provided to prospective buyers:

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, since copy protection details are not solicited to us by our suppliers, we have no plans to advertise this information on our web-site.

Whatever happened to consumer choice? The recording industry is doing all this behind our backs, and the music retail industry is doing nothing to side with consumers. They are passively letting record labels run the show.

Is Massive Attack aware of all this? Pretty sad…
