Pages 2: Line breaks inside table cells disappear altogether when exporting in Word format

I already wrote a post about what happens to manual line breaks in Pages documents when exported in MS Word format. The manual line breaks are converted to paragraph marks with a space-after value of 0 points.
Here comes another warning: If your manual line breaks in Pages happen to be inside table cells, they will actually disappear altogether when the Pages document is converted into a Microsoft Word document.
This is pretty bad, but as far as I can tell there is no way around it (except not using manual line breaks at all, obviously).
