List view is still a second-class citizen in Mac OS X 10.5.
An annoying bug that makes the “logic” behind view options in Mac OS X 10.5 completely muddled.
If your folder contains thousands of files, list view doesn’t work as expected with keyboard selection.
‘Cut’ command doesn’t work at all, ‘Copy’ and ‘Paste’ commands sort of work, and Esc doesn’t work as expected.
Something is seriously wrong with the Finder’s list view mode.
