Word X: Keyboard shortcuts not working in Find/Replace dialog

Is it me, or is Word X totally unreliable when it comes to using the keyboard in the “Find/Replace” dialog window? Every other time I invoke this window, when I try to use the keyboard while in the window (tab key to go from “Find:” to “Replace:” field, return key to start the searching process, cmd-A to find/replace all occurrences, etc.), they do not work at all. If I close the window and open it again, it works. Then the next time it doesn’t work. Etc.
Totally unpredictable, and totally annoying! Grrr…
