Mac OS X: ‘Search Results’ folder in ‘Search Results’ window

When searching for a file using the Finder’s built-in search tool, I don’t think that the first “result” that appears in the search results window should be a folder called “Search Results for ‘xx’ in ‘yy'”, which was obviously just created somewhere in “yy” by the search tool in the process of searching for files named “xx” in “yy”.

Come to think of it, I don’t think this folder should appear at all, especially since double-clicking on it opens a new pseudo-window with the same search results and that cmd-clicking on the title bar name of this new window reveals that its a folder located somewhere inside the supposedly inaccessible “private” folder on the Mac OS X volume.

Not exactly user-friendly, if you ask me.
