Today I went looking on HP Drivers Downloads for the driver for my HP Business Inkjet 1100. Every time I clicked on the various Download links I received a "Page contains no data" result. After calling Tech support, and being forwarded to Drivers Support, I was told I could buy the CD. Then, while still on the phone, I was told that the page was working. I was on the web page at the time. The person on the phone told me that it was working for them. I tried it and still received the "Page contains no data" message. I then filled in their inquiry form at the bottom with the message that, if they were going to require me to buy a cd, after having alrerady bought their product, they would no longer have my business. I have always recommended HP printers, having tried several others. I will no longer be doing that.

Did you try accessing the HP web site using another browser? I wouldn't be surprised if their site only worked properly with certain browsers.
